  MSc in Computer Science or similar field
• Experience
  6+ years of backend experience, strong Python and system design skills
• Core strengths
  Deep understanding of algorithms, async programming, and SQL
• Infrastructure fluency
  Proficient with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (bonus: AWS)
• Leadership
  Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Security mindset
  Security-conscious development practices (nice to have)
• LLM infra
  Experience with LLM infra: vector DBs, RAG pipelines (nice to have)

An agentic middleware platform: multi-agent orchestration, async RAG pipelines for unstructured data, just-in-time context retrieval via MCP tools, sandboxed code execution, and token-optimized tool calls with progressive discovery. We handle the hard parts so developers can focus on what their agents actually do.

You will go deep into clients' core business strategy, helping them leverage our platform to transform operations.
